Yin Yoga

Releases deep into the ligaments, joints, bones, organs, tendons and connective tissue (fascia) of the body. In yin, you hold postures for 3-6 minutes, using the pose, time and gravity to find the release. Yin can assist you physically by creating more flexibility, circulation, body awareness and joint mobility. It can also help to balance organs and help to calm an active mind.

Embodied Vinyasa

Invites you to let go of competitive aspects of yoga. Instead, deepening the connection to your own body. This practice unites movement with the breath to create a rhythmic experience, allowing you to drop out of your head and into your body. It warms you from the inside out and can provide just the right amount of physical challenge.
