Discover a variety of group classes designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re building strength, improving flexibility, recovering from injury, or staying active, we have classes for every level and goal. Our classes are led by the coolest instructors/teachers/physiotherapists from around the world and are in English and Japanese. Please take note of the location when booking as we have 3 spots (But don’t worry, they are all inside or around Aya Niseko Hotel). 

Strength Foundations 101

A beginner-friendly class focused on mastering the fundamentals of strength training. Learn proper technique for squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows while building confidence with free weights.

Strength Progression 201

For those with lifting experience, this intermediate class focuses on progressive overload, tempo work, and accessory exercises to enhance strength and muscle development.

HIIT Charge

A fast-paced, high-energy interval class combining compound lifts, kettlebell circuits, and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for a full-body sweat session!

Strength for Endurance Athletes

Designed for runners, cyclists, and triathletes, this class targets imbalances, joint stability, and core control to reduce injury risk and improve performance.

Mat Pilates for Athletes

A focused Pilates mat class for mountain athletes. Build core strength, release tension, and improve posture with intentional, flowing movements.

The Golf Body Lab

Perfect for golfers or anyone seeking improved rotation, mobility, and injury prevention. This class focuses on strength and control for better movement mechanics.

Strong & Ready

A full-body strength class designed for hikers, bikers, and climbers. Build functional strength, improve balance, and feel powerful during your outdoor adventures.

Stretch & Reset

A calming mobility class that targets tight areas like hips, shoulders, and hamstrings. Leave feeling lighter, more open, and in tune with your body.

FluidX - Full Body Cardio

Japan’s first FluidX class! This low-impact, water-based workout combines strength training and cardio for a joint-friendly, full-body session.

Bootcamp HIIT

A hybrid of bootcamp-style strength workouts and high-intensity intervals. Build muscle, burn calories, and boost stamina with this powerful fitness class.

MetCon 45

A dynamic 45-minute metabolic conditioning class that combines strength and cardio. Ideal for improving stamina, building strength, and burning fat.

Hatha Flow Yoga

A slightly more advanced yoga flow class that emphasizes mindfulness through breath and movement. Improve flexibility, awareness, and self-connection.

Hatha Yoga

A slow, beginner-friendly yoga class that focuses on linking breath with movement to enhance flexibility, release tension, and promote mindfulness.
